Abstract
Mr. B presented to the office with chief complaints of recent episodes of dizziness and fainting, six to twelve months in duration. He denied smoking. Before presenting to the office, the patient had seen numerous physicians, and had many advanced diagnostic tests which included an MRI of the brain, cardiac evaluation, and medication. The patient was given a diagnosis of Orthostatic Hypotension, and told to take his medication and to try not to fall. He was not satisfied with this prognosis.
