Case History

Patient is a male, age 55. His chief complaint by telephone was swelling on the right side of his face. He indicated that he may have been bitten by an insect. He stated that most of the swelling was on the right eyelid and cheek. I asked him to come to the office as soon as possible for an evaluation.
